Due to health issues, she had to leave her position as Head of the Legal Department and move to Bali, Indonesia.

You can find her name — Elena Ogaltseva — as a legal representative in the court ruling of case No. A60-2849/2014, available on the website of the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region Russian Federation (www.ekaterinburg.arbitr.ru).

2015-2020

Recovery

focused on recovery and living a simple, enjoyable life. During this period, she was engaged and spent her time learning what it truly means to live in Bali — understanding local rules, laws, and culture. She explored building businesses around tourism, including scuba diving and food provisioning for large yachts across Indonesia.

2020-2024

Hospitality

worked in hospitality and learned about construction. Her latest project was for PT Legends Bali Resorts (Legends Beachfront Resort, Bingin Beach). She joined the team during the construction stage and stage of full brand creation — Legends Beachfront Resort — from the logo, some furniture and design elements to inventory systems, SOPs, contracts, team management, marketing, sales, and all operational aspects, including financial control.

Throughout her three years of work, the resort maintained an impressive 9.2 rating and 92–100% occupancy.
