Step 1.

Meeting 

& Business Analysis.


We begin with a meeting and a comprehensive review of your property. Together, we examine current operations, walk through the spaces, and align on your goals.

 

We assess:


  • The minimum resources and optimal team structure required for smooth operations.
  • Property improvements that can enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Adjustments needed within the existing staff.

If our vision aligns and the property meets our criteria, we proceed with signing the Agreement.


Step 2.

Agreement 

& System Creation.


Once the Agreement is signed, you provide us with all essential information, including:

 

  • Operational documents, SOPs and other. 
  • Access credentials and passwords for relevant software and platforms.

 

With this foundation, we begin building a fully integrated operational system. Every department is connected and communicates seamlessly, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

 

This setup is typically completed within 1–3 months, depending on the property’s condition.

Daily Operations Support

& Growth.

Once a fully integrated operational system is completed, we take over day-to-day management support, monitor all processes, and continuously optimize operational system on behalf of the client.
